Tis the Season!

Many thanks to all of you who sent in your votes for the Indy Star Christmas light list. We once again made the list!  With the information in the paper and the expected snow, traffic will pick up.  We appreciate how you park along the road and allow traffic to pass, it is nice to be on a straight stretch of road so we don't cause too many issues. 

The show is now coming on at 5:30 instead of 6.  Weekend hours are 5:30 - 11p.m. with the show staying on till midnight Christmas Eve.  Santa has said he will stop by sometime Christmas night once he has a chance to rest from delivering all those gifts. 

We are glad you like the show and keep coming back and sharing with your friends and family.  It is a fun project for us!

Santa's Visit

Santa had a great time tonight!  It was so great to see so many happy kids!  We hope that he will be back in the coming week so stay tuned and join us on our facebook page the the latest updates!  We have 6 songs in the show now, so lots to see.  What are your favorites?

2012 Nomination

Like our lights?  Want to share them with others in the Indy area?  The Indy Star is taking nominations the online form is www.indystar.com/holidaylights or email them at holidaylights@indystar.com by December 15th.  We know there are lots of great shows out there, some with more lights, and some with more songs, we just want the south side to represent!

2012 Season

The 2012 season has officially kicked off!  This year we have a new feature, a 10 foot tall tree, and new banners so you know what station to tune to, 93.7.  We are still adding new tunes, so the show will be changing through the season.

The best way to keep track of what is going on is to like Southside Christmas on Facebook, get the latest updates and special announements, you never know when the guy in the red suit might show up for a visit!

It's light hanging time!

We will once again have our light show for the 2012 holiday season.  Song programing has been happening and the lights will start to go up this weekend with the official lighting taking place the day after Thanksgiving!  Hope you can once again join us this year!
